All user personal data shall be used by VisitPisaLucca.com in compliance with privacy protection principles as stated in Legislative Decree n.196 (30th June 2003) and in all the other relative acts.
The hereby Legal Information refers to personal data sent by the user whenever completing any information or estimate request, as well as to those collected through the user's visits and browses on our Site.

VisitPisaLucca.com shall proceed with personal data usage operations granted by the Legislative Decree 196/2003 – i.e. gathering, record, organization, storage, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, usage, interconnection and any other operation required to provide the user with the requested services, mainly through computerized procedures.

Optional data will be used to help VisitPisaLucca.com improve its offered services. The customer is free to provide them or not.

VisitPisaLucca.com informs that, in compliance with art. 7, Lgs. D. 196/2003, users have the right to:

b) obtain the essential information about the owner and the person in charge of customer data usages.

g) refuse, in part or in its entirety, our data usage policy;
